Your account & profile
Manage your profile, photo, contact details, security and preferences in one place.
Where to find it
Open "Your account" (the person icon in the top navigation, or "Your account" in the menu). It is the single place to manage everything about your own account.
Profile & photo
Update your name, title, phone, date of birth, gender and location, and upload, change or remove your profile photo.

Preferences
Choose your language (English, Spanish, French or Portuguese) and control how you receive notifications — by in-app, email, SMS or WhatsApp, separately for account updates and for news.
Security
Change your password from the Security section. Choose a strong, unique password of at least 8 characters. Your role and organisation are shown but are managed by your organisation’s leaders — you cannot change them yourself.
Organisation & activity
See your organisation, your role, when you joined, your last activity and recent notifications. The separate member directory your leaders maintain is distinct from your personal account.
